From services to building products.

We started as a services company. We built AI systems and embedded software for other people's businesses. The work was good. The clients were good. Over time we noticed the same pattern in every engagement — the agent demo was easy, the path to production was hard, and the hard part was always the same. The agent could act, but no one could bound the action. No one could prove what it had done. No one could sleep at night with it on.

So we changed what we work on. Medhaksha Labs is now full-time on building products for the agentic internet — starting with Primis, the runtime that closes the gap we kept hitting. The services business is wound down. The team is the same; the focus is sharper.

I started this work building agents for other people. The pattern was always the same — the demo was easy, the production deployment was the same six bolt-on tools wrapped around a system that could still, on any given day, do something it was never made for. That gap is the company. Primis is what I wish had existed when I was deploying agents into customer ops, marketing and ads, devops under real liability. We are building it now because the problem is here, the deployments are starting, and waiting for someone else to build it is no longer an honest option.
